Xiaoye boat, the predecessor of Hongye boat, was founded in Fuyu Island, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province in 2002. Xiaoye boat is a company with FRP fishing boat manufacturing as its main business. After ten years of unremitting efforts, "Xiaoye boat" has expanded its scale and moved to doumei village fishing port in Gangwei Town, which is now "Hongye boat". "Hongye boat" always adheres to the production concept of "rigorous manufacturing and striving for improvement" and the service concept of "customer demand is always the direction of our efforts". The FRP fishing boats produced by Hongye boats have been generally praised by customers and won a good reputation, which also lays a good customer foundation for the long-term development of Hongye boats.
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) has been widely used in yacht manufacturing. Domestic fishing boats have gradually changed from wooden vessels to steel vessels. Steel hulls are more stable and are not afraid of wind and waves. However, steel is easy to rust and has high maintenance costs. FRP is not inferior to steel in hardness, corrosion resistance and low maintenance cost, which makes it become the main material for fishing vessel manufacturing.
At present, "Hongye boat" covers an area of 44 mu, and the number of employees has rapidly increased to hundreds.
